    its a great game for Charles, the only Rockets superstar who got paid the minimum just so the Rockets can sign an all star so we can try to win a championship.

    why can't you guys just enjoy this great performance, who cares if he played for the Orlando Magic, he's a Rocket now and this was when he was in his prime in Orlando!

    Remember when Barkley used to make promises and actually went out and delivered upon them? Like in 1993 when the Suns had their backs against the wall against the Lakers or in 1997 when he guaranteed a game seven victory over the nefarious Sonics (whom the Rockets had never beaten in the playoffs)?

    Well, at least those players are on the current roster, so it's still somewhat relevant. I'm just afraid sooner or later tinman will dig up Sam I Am's games on Mars.

    I am enjoying it, why do you think no one is? Hmmm what is the true nature behind this thread tinman? Jealousy that you were not the first to think of creating non-relating threads? Or an act of aggression to show other people what it feels like to have a non-related thread on the Rockets forum?

    I thank Charles for getting paid for that minimum, thank him a lot actually. Now let's hope he'll stop his b****in and root for us rockets.

    finally tinman actually watches basketball for rocket players who used to play for other teams. :D

    appreciate greatness, whether it's charles or tmac.

    that was a legendary barkley game though. i get chills watching that game.

    If you can put an Orlando player who scores a bunch of points on the GARM
    you can put a Suns player who scores a bunch of points on the GARM

    Hate? Don't blame me if people hate Charles Barkley. I remember his dedication to the Rockets, how he almost helped us to the Finals, how he got paid $1million bucks (the minimum) so the Rockets can get a good free agent (to this day, nobody in the NBA will ever do that as long we live) and how his career ended with a horrible injury.

    So maybe the teenagers hate charles for tnt antics, but some of Rocket fans remember him as a Rocket.

    Who's hating? its 56 points, 14 rebounds, that performance is up there with Jordan, Wilt Chamberlain and Elgin Baylor. Maybe some people don't know who those people are.

    Drama?

    Barkley in Phoenix > Tmac in Orlando
