Ah, the real question: How does one define 'win' with this roster?

I can deal with it, I just think it is pathetic how some of you act like little girls. Sounds like most of you are lacking testosterone.

It is on league pass broadband, which you can rewind back to watch, I'm not sure how to post it though. As for the sign, it is without a doubt a west side sign. I'm not sure if I've ever heard about it being used as a "win" sign, that would be news to me. It is usually thrown by prepubescent wannabes, or real gangbangers from the west coast. I am going to give AB the benefit of the doubt and put him in the first category. Which is why I am not too worried about it.

Red flag? Probably not. Immature? Dumb? Punk? Sure.

This is ridiculous. What Love did after he was FOULED on his shot attempt was no different than what several big men in the league do. There was nothing malicious about it and it certainly wasn't done on purpose. There's a reason they tell guards to stay out of the paint -- AB found out the hard way.

AB's comments after the game are further idiotic. He needs to get it together.

An NBA player throwing up gang signs to an opposing crowd is 100% a red flag and he should be suspended for it, if true.

What Brooks did is not excusable, but people need to stop acting like they know the motivation behind it. To act like Brooks did it because he's not happy with his role on the team or that he feels he's going to be traded is a guess based on no supporting evidence at all.

The simplest reason for him doing what he did was that he felt he was hit on purpose, and in a moment of passionate displeasure acted out. It was a stupid move by Brooks, and if he does anything like it again, he needs to sit out. There's no place for that on the Rockets.

But to put in your own guess about his motivation and act like that guess is fact is just silly.

Yes it is mainly used as a Westside symbol, but you don't know for sure that is what he was doing.

Just like when NBA players throw up 3 fingers after hitting a 3 and put their finger around their eye in the streets that would be the symbol for someone who is a blood but in the NBA players do it when they hit a 3.

Just because it is normally gang related does not mean that is the case here. People throw up W's for other reasons not just westside. These days you can make up anything.

So you are ok with big men flailing their arms down on purpose as some form of protecting the paint?

Do me a favor, extend your arms, jump up like you are going for a rebound, and where do you arms go when you land?

LOL - it was intentional, no doubt in my mind at all....and Brooks reacted to getting hit in the face.

    Again, BIG ****ING DEAL !

Was that flagrant ever rescinded? I know Brooks isn't a superstar like D.Howard and the rest of them but come on.

Anyone who thinks that was not intentional is an idiot. You can see he purposely moves his arm towards Brooks' face, there's no reason for his arm to move that way like DD said. Brooks reaction was just and I like it. We need more of that, this team is straight up p***y. I love how the Rockets used to have guys who retaliated but not anymore. My respect for AB has gone up!

Do me a favor, show me where he was going for a rebound? He had the ball already, he was going up for a shot, was hacked and his arms went flailing. This happens in every NBA game and it's the reason they joke that guards shouldn't come into the paint without expecting to get hit.

Think of this way. You have the ball and are going up strong for a shot. Someone rakes your arms and you lose the ball as you're going up. Your arms are going to go flailing forward in the air -- again, it happens all the time.

I mean jeez, just look at Love's reaction post-Brooks reaction. It's pretty damn clear that he had no intention of hitting Brooks in the face. You've defended Brooks for so long that you can't even see what's plainly obvious to most who watch the video -- LOL.

My defense of Brooks has NOTHING to do with this.

I see a player flailing his arms on purpose and one of OUR PLAYERS getting hit in the face and getting pissed off.

    GOOD FOR HIM !!!

You know who used to flail elbows, arms, fingers around and we used to love and respect?

But when players got hit we never said Deke was dirty.

    Hey, Brooks....LET YOUR GAME SPEAK!

Scoreboard? you were 5-14 and 1-6 from 3. Please.

Reek, Deke was dirty about it, but he was also awkward.....and I have no issue with someone getting pissed off if they get hit in the face...

Agree, he is pressing, and just needs to bring up the level of his play....

I know you didnt say it but win sign? Haha funniest thing I've read yet. Pretty much spot on though: Red flag? Probably not. Immature? Dumb? Punk? Sure.

And sure enough, if this was JR Smith, Paul Pierce, or a few other guys, the word "thug" would tossed out at that person.

I don't agree with how AB handled himself after being hit, but what Love did was uncalled for and every bit intentional.

It's obvious AB isn't happy and isn't handling himself well. I think it's a combination of his contract status, starting role, playing time and losing but I'm disappointed to say the least. His attitude as a whole is inexcusable.
