The mother of that cop put the cop into danger by giving birth to him! You are already in danger when you are given life. Maybe he should have never been born. If that cop was never born, this situation would have never happened! GENIUS!!
Face it, there is danger every where you go. Donny probably didn't mean it as a refute, but probably viewed it as a "WTF does that have to do with this situation!" That's what came to my mind.
I retract my statement because I can't hear the video...according to posts here, she was being argumentative and refusing to cooperate. That was a tough situation for the cop to be in. He can't physically tackle her without hurting her so he resorted to the taser. Okay, I get that but I still think he could have done something else. Tasers can be dangerous when it comes to elderly people. Well, good thing, nobody got hurt.
Actually I didn't refute it, I don't even need to, because it is absurd. Here's something you can refute. You have gotten tasered recently I assume? LOL
Actually. Yes I have. Bad thing is I wasn't even the person they were trying to taser. The comment I made is not absurd. You ARE in danger when a cop pulls you over on a highway. If you think not, you are dumber than a bag of bricks.
I am not feeling bad at all for laughing at this one, MoBalls. LOL! LOL!!! [gasping for breath] so... [still laughing]... what were you doing so close... [still laughing]... to the person to get tasered?!?! [now calm]
You are in danger when you speed in a construction zone, and you assume the risk of getting pulled over too. Boo-hoo. Pull over to where you want to be. Was the cop driving her car for her too? LOL
Here's the run-down for anybody who didn't hear/see the full video Cop pulls over white truck Cop: You were going 60 in a 45 zone. Old lady: I'm not signing that. Take me to jail Cop asks lady to step outside She steps outside and he gives her a push to get into a safer area (onto the shoulder) After a few words of arguing Old lady: Okay, I'll sign the ticket. Give me the ticket. (said very demandingly) Cop: I'm taking you to jail. Old lady starts towards her car Cop pushes her backwards Cop: Get back or I will tase you. Old Lady: I'm a 72-year-old woman! Repeat 5 times (the cop warned her 5 times that he will tase her and she only replied she was 72-years old as if it gave her amnesty from going to jail) Old lady moves towards her car Cop pushes her back Cop: Put your hands behind your back or I will tase you! Cop tases the old lady Old lady: Aaaaahhh!! Aaaaahhh!!! Cop: Put your hands behind your back or I will tase you again! That's pretty much it. He gave her multiple warnings and was patient with her. She was argumentative with signing the paper work and told the cop to arrest her. He called her bluff. She got very agitated and angry. The cop tased her and arrested her. She went to the media (Fox 7 - Austin) to get her story out. The papers read she was argumentative, combative, resisted arrest, and used vulgar language. She denied all of it saying it was lies. Fox 7 got the dash cam video and tried to schedule another appointment with the lady. She never answered the door and her attorney won't say anything now. That's pretty much it. Everything points to her being at fault.
are you sure they werent? good thing you don't have any personal feelings leaning your judgement in this situation.
