That doesn't make sense. He was saying that the chances of breaking a bone getting slammed to the ground are greater than just falling from being tasered. Not that she couldn't have broken a hip from being tasered.
Or, I was raised by my grandmother? Maybe that could be it? Hmmm. Instead of trying to throw around personal attacks how about throwing around some facts. Apparently you can't, so you resort to childish tactics. Bravo sir, Bravo.
She shouldn't have resisted arrest if she had brittle bones. I don't have brittle bones, and I wouldn't risk it. Would you?
Ok, now post the comments from the others before I posted those comments. And I never made assumptions about anyone in any of my post. So.. kick rocks.
If a cop put his hands on me after I complied to do what he said. My left foot is being placed on the right side of his head, without a second hesitation.
It's 81.27873 chance that she will break a bone if she is slammed down by the cop and only a 2.677333 chance that she would break a bone falling while being tasered. Trust me.
Ok now factor in Varibles, Body Weight, Speed of fall, hardness of surface. Those numbers mean squat, it's a 50/50
Well, then all of you're arguments become mute. You obviously don't know how to comply, so there is no way for you to know if she complied. She dared a tase, she said to take her to jail. Officer was only listening to one of the many citizens he serves. She should be thankful.
If you did what the lady did, which is not comply, and then try to comply its already too late. Its like stealing something, but once you get caught, you try to give it back. Ultimately, once you start getting arrested, you can't go "nah, give me the ticket"...so if you hit a cop...you're not complying. Got it?
Actually. Being asked to step out of your vehicle doesn't mean you are under arrest. They do actually bring you to their car and let you know the consequences of not signing the ticket at their car. Which is pretty required by law. Secondly. I never said I would do what the woman did, but she clearly said she would sign the ticket. End of discussion. If I agree'd to sign the ticket and the cop put his hands on me in attempt to push me back to try and Buffalo me. That is ASSUALT and I WILL defend myself. Just because they have a badge doesn't mean they are excluded from abiding by the laws.
If you're going to sign the ticket, why would you walk back to your car, instead of signing it right there? Cop wouldn't have had a reason to put his hands on her if she was staying where she was supposed to.
lmfao... Go watch the video again. She said she would sign it, THEN he pushed her. And on the way to the car he tried to scold her like a little kid. I wish she would of slapped went old school on his ass and gave him a nice good smack. I am sure she would have had she known she was bout to be tasered over a damn traffic ticket.
