Does any other team that could possibly get the number one pick look more desirable? Orlando? Detroit? OKC? Sacramento?
You’re probably right. Especially in terms of cities, Houston has a massive advantage. In terms of strictly basketball, Orlando, OKC and Detroit look more enticing.
lol i take the same shots... harden used to shoot 3 points off one leg and luka as well...sometimes this is even an easier shot especialy if you are tired
Being that he plays on Tony Parker's club, I'd be surprised if San Antonio weren't their preferred destination. But who cares? He'll play here and he'll love it if the Rockets get the pick.
WTF are you talking about? That's exactly what got Cade and Banchero. Both of those franchises were bottom 3 in the league.
Who’s talking about history? I’m talking right now. As a player, I rather play with Cade or Shai especially as a big like Wemby. Those are also two teams moving in a positive direction. Well OKC is, not so much Detroit.
He actually left Parker's club a while back. Of course his new team does have Boris Diaw as the President, so that's a bit ... disconcerting, if you're worried about them gifting him to the Spurs.
A roll of the dice that was vastly against the odds. It boils down to you ruin the entire season going for last place for MAXIMUM of a 14% chance at the 1st pick.
Ugh, I wasn't really in favor of tanking for the worst record again and prefer to see the growth. But having the worst record until know, with very disgusting brand of basketball, I guess we might have to tank again while still having our own pick. I just can't take it if we tank all year and having the worst record again,, only to get third pick and not getting Wembenyama/Scoot (which maybe will likely happen).
What's the alternative? Win 30 games and pick 12th? And it's not just about the #1 pick, as being the worst guarantees you a top 5 pick. When you suck, picking in the top 5 beats the hell out of picking 12th ....
