So far, Olynyk is the player we hoped Oladipo would be.

Let's see 2 Games as a heat. (small sample)

    Minutes: 26.5 (vs Rocket's 33.5 min)
    Points: 7 (vs 21.2 )
    FG%: 23.8% (vs 40.7%)
    3P% 10% (vs 32.%)
    eFG% 26.3% (vs 47.1%)
    FT 42.9% (vs 78.3%) #only 3.5 attempts per game
    ---
    Assist and block same.

Sample size is real small, but first two games despite playing fair amount of minutes; not being a focal point. He doesn't seem to be off to a good start.

It doesn't count his 3rd Memphis game which MIA lost but he payed 33 min. Relatively better production than his first two games; but is -18 3rd game.
    ---

Folks here will remember he turned down Rocket's extension. At least he's on a playoff bound team. o_O Winning games is nice; so is money and job security.

    ---
Actually want to thank Riley for gifting us Olynyk :D.

will be crazy if the multiple 2/50 extensions he turned down from Indy and Houston end up being the best he could’ve done contract-wise

the sample size of him being injury prone and looking washed continues to increase

This type of thing happening in Houston would've cost us Kelly Olynyk.

Imagine how many Olynyks we could have gotten had Eric Gordon not been hurt!

Kelly Olynyk having a same impact like Luis Scola. But Kelly can shoot the 3 and moves around like a Small Forward.

Kelly Olynyk is literally a Create a Player with a Cheat Code on NBA2K.

Most people on this Forum need to apologize to Rafael Stone.

Kelly Olynyk is a Amazing Player, very underrated player, plus Avery Bradley helping out Kevin Porter Jr. on how to play Defense.

The problem with the trade wasn't that those guys sucked. It's that they're here being good while the team is trying to be bad and in the long run when we're trying to be good again they'll be long gone. So long term it's like we traded Oladipo for nothing. Oladipo sucks though so it's not such a big deal.

Imagine telling people to apologize for a 14-37 team and being amongst the worst in the league. What are they apologizing for? It should be the other way around for having a team this bad

Apologize to Rafael Stone for this SPECIFIC Oladipo Trade.

When did I say about apologising about the 14-37 Record. Is it Rafael fault James Harden was Fat at Training Camp and never worked out, he was disgruntled. Any James Harden is a Fail, He is a Star that is Out of Shape at that time and causes Chemistry Issues. His Value wasnt normal at that point.

Unfortunately the Team paid the price.
Stephen Silas unfortunately suffered the worst.

Rafael Stone is trying his best to find talent.

The team is a pathetic 14-38. There’s absolutely nothing anyone who follows this team should be apologizing for. Yeah you said it he’s trying his best to find talent. They still suck. So He’s still trying and he will be for a long time up until Patrick takes his place. Gtfoh with this apologizing nonsense. maybe folks can start the conversation about apologies if they surprisingly become relevant within the next decade.

I don't know how likely that will be. But don't so sure. It is definitely possible that the Rockets may become relevant again in the next decade IF they are lucky enough. Even if you don't think the Rockets under the Fertittas will be anything good, who knows, Tilman may truly go broke and be forced to sell. Anything can happen.

The best case scenario is TF sells within the next decade but it still stays within the family so there goes that.

Kelly Olynyk is padding stats on a trash team. He's a GREAT player to have on an actual GOOD TEAM. But so was Covington. PJ. Stone sucks, the team sucks. Owner sucks.

The bar has somehow been dropped SO LOW that yall are talking yourselves into thinking Kelly Olynyk is a game changer? What a world. Wake up. Lulz.
