Just wanted to take a moment from the more pressing issues of the day in the Hangout to express appreciation to all of the veterans who have served our country so that we may enjoy our freedoms. I also wanted to send out my thoughts and prayers to those families who have suffered the ultimate sacrifice. I wish I had had the opportunity to meet my Uncle to thank him in person. Freedom is never free.
anyway Veteran's Day is celebrated on the anniversy of the end of WWI, there is one WWI vet left from the US, Frank Buckles, he's 108
