That's true Mob, can't disagree with that at all. The guy TRASHED Charles Barkley for years, now he is his biggest supporter. He did the same thing to another guy whose name escapes me, the guy did an interview for Rome, and now they are "jungle guys". But that isn't any different then normal people! just yesterday i listened to them basically call avery a limited scrub. If that's true, then San Antonio is in for a rude awakening trying to run their offense without a pure PG. Avery Johnson reminds me ALOT of John Stockton the way he runs the offense. Ya know who is the worst though -- of EVERYONE -- Papa Joe Chevalier . . . I HATE that guy. If you've ever heard him, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I agree 100% with the thing about Rome -- he used to trash CB4 so much, then he came on the show, and now Rome "loves him". But I still like the show though. papa joe is still on the air????? he used to have the afternoon drive time. what happened? the only thing i did like was the wednesday "bite me" show. it was ok. not great, but ok enough for the 10 minutes it takes me to get home. rome is very entertaining. the thing is, you have to remember that he is a radio "entertainer" and take it at that. don't take him seriously, and it gets much better ------------------ shandn has no "o".

rome is a moron. he needs to stop the frat-boy speak and join the adult world. but, c'mon, most national sports guys don't even watch sports that often from what i hear. they constantly misspronounce names and funk up details. I'm not too sure -- I know they had moved his show to a later slot on 760 in SA -- like the 6 to 9 slot or something like that. I haven't listened in so long that I don't know if he's still on though. The "Bite Me" thing was kindof cool the first time I heard it . . . like for 30 seconds. He is a moron, and his show is terrible. Bob Kemp is an idiot, but sadly enough he is 10X better than any moron on Atlanta sports-talk. I'm lived in Atl. for a year, and if you're not talking about college football, these guys have no clue. And that's all they talk about all year long. They could go on for hours about the Bulldogs problem with their backup offensive lineman.
