If you do a full semester withdrawal, it doesn't count for your six drops. They don't tell you that ****.

I just looked it up and it says that you are not allowed to change your major to pre-business. I don't know how business works (I'm in the engineering school), but do you need to start of at pre-business? And I'm assuming you already talked to an advisor?

I'm not going to lie, Bauer is crowded as fuq! I can't really help you because I started as pre-business and now business.

Majoring in MIS. Lots of people going for Accounting and Finance.

I say go for SCM(supply chain). It's fairly new and I don't think it's difficult as other majors.

I wouldn't sweat it. A Bachelors in Business is generally about as useful as a Bachelors in Liberal Arts. So if you don't like your current degree program & can't transfer to Business then try something like Psychology or something similar.

If business really interests you, pursue an MBA afterwards.

This is exactly correct. The B-school is competitive, and the university doesn't want a bunch of johnny-come-latelys backfilling spots for potential underclassmen. OP should have familiarized himself with the rules. Ignorance is no excuse. SCM is probably the way to go if you don't wanna be struggling with a kinese or lib arts degree.

Yeah, that bolded part is just silly talk. But if it interests you, Psychology can help you to transition into a career in HR. Just do your research on which Psychology classes you take and how it can relate. Most entry level HR positions require a business or other applicable degree. Psychology falls into that applicable category.

I spoke to the director and she told me to apply since I have all the requirements. She said I should get in.
