Vehicle registration sticker ends on last or first of the month?

    What happens if you are more than 60 days late but you haven't been ticketed? Is there a bigger penalty if I finally decide to go?

    I think they charge you more (20% sticks in my mind, for some reason), but there is no "fine" or "penalty" beyond that.
