    No problem.

I live in Henderson, which is actually just north of Denver. I'm not much of a mountain person, don't like cold weather and hate the thin air. I basically came here to work. So in conclusion, I really don't like it that much (plus the traffic sucks!) I've also been a lifetime Houston sports fans, Astros, Rockets, Oilers, you name it. So it's kinda hard being here among all the Bronco fans...and baseball in Coors field is just not right.
    :(

I really like the Denver deal. I think Nene got a lot of potential, he got some of that energy we need from the 4, but his numbers hasn't really been that good so far in his career. But I can see him becoming a very solid player in this league, and a good fit for the Rockets. White can light it up, and can be an all right SF, even though I like JJ better...

I'm not a Rose fan, so personally I'd pass on that deal.

Nene might never become a top scorer, but soft the brazilian is not!

I can see the Rose deal happening, because we are trading junk for junk, but I just can't see KiKi trading Nene and White for more of our garbage. The only value that Boki has is on this board, and JJ is on the wrong side of 30. They can get much more for Nene............Vercey just throws crap out there to see if it will stick.

Nene is soft? We need Nene to be a big scorer?

JJ is a solid SG/SF. Denver is looking at the here and now. They are looking to see if they can get farther than the 2nd round. If it takes JJ for Nene to have that happen, they will do it. If they get Tyson Chandler for Nene, I don't see how that improves their chances of getting farther in the playoffs.

The same goes for the Sonics. They have Fortson and Evans up front. They could certainly use Dikembe especially when the game slows down come playoff time. They could offer Vladimir Radmanovic for Dikembe. Vladimir is going to ask for some crazy money, and the owner of the Sonics doesn't want to overspend especially if he is going to resign Ray Allen.

The Rockets have some assets they could push around the league. It's time to look at getting some good roleplayers.

Any true Rockets fan, i.e. any Mario Elie fan, would never support a trade that brought Jalen Rose to this team

As long as Nene's contract is decent, he can be another MoT(not this year's) for all I care. Young player with decent game without a killer contract is tradable asset. JJ is depleting his value with age. Better swap old for young, small for big.

Will we have the money to keep Vlad then on that same note? If he is going to ask for crazy money I dont think Les will shell out another unreasonable contract with already a Max in Tracy and a pending Max in Yao

Fegwu: I wouldn't put too much stock into that. White and Skita didn't play because they suck. Nene really is injured.

Okay I understand but on a back to back night? At least Nikoloz or Rodney could at list chipped in for Melo (39 minutes) and Kmart (43 minutes). Folks on Denver Nuggets forum seems to suggest that the only thing hurting on Nene's body is his ego. I wouldn't want any of them if they suck that bad.

I'd do the Nene trade, but I wouldn't touch Rose, unless they took both MoT and Juwan in return.

jj for nene... in a minute, anytime!...but whats in it for Denver, besides an old guy? Somehow I don't see Denver doing this, unless we threw in a 1st round pick

Nene left a game and didn't return with his injury, it's not mystery plantar fascitis.

As for your premise- it was a 2 point game after the first quarter, it was a 4 point game after 3 quarters, and the Nuggets squeaked out a 1 point win. With the game close, the Nuggets best players were gonna be out there, not guys at the end of their bench.

Rodney White can't be traded till January 5, period. Nothing involving him is imminent.
