I would take Miller but don't know if he can stretch the defense like we need. Keep them honest and off of Yao. I wouldn't mind Cassell, Miller, Lowry, A. Carter, M. Williams, or Chris Paul :p

He's better than Alston, but, surprisingly, not that much better from three.

    Hinrich's career three-point shooting percentage is : 0.376 (0.413 overall)
    Rafer's career three-point shooting percentage is : 0.355 (0.386 overall)

Bring over Malick Badian. He can backup the center position, doesn't he?

If Hinrich played on the Rockets, his three point shooting percentage would jump up .050 instantly. The Bulls are a jump-shooting team because they have no post precense. Almost all their jump shots come challenged and they get very few wide open looks at the basket.

Badiane is currently on the roster for a team called St.Vallier in France. They are a second division team, he's playing in the French D-League.

    Well said.

Vecsey is looking into the crystal ball. Morey is looking into the $Ball. For the mathematally oriented, that's a null set.

Nothing much will happen beyond possibly what can be obtained for Snyder IMHO.

Are there any good PG available where other teams are willing to trade?

Reggie Evans + Giricek for James + Snyder

Evans's contract is one year longer ($14.68M over next 3yrs) than James's (12.5M over next 2yrs) but annually around 2 million less. In the long run Sixers save $2 million.

As far as tradeable assets, we do have a certain star player who's been going through the motions for awhile....almost as if he wouldn't mind a trade.

Last night, everyone with their "TMac's knee must be bothering him." No. His attitude must be bothering him.

Kirk Hinrich COULD be had, if you had a large trade, to wipe out the BYC. Whether he would regain his form in a Rockets uniform? Probably we're looking more along the lines of a Delonte West.

If Vecsey said it, then there is one thing I'm sure of. The Rockets are NOT looking for PG and big man on the QT

Miller is my preferred choice, with Novak and Snyder going to Memphis. They're already a D league team.

Why would the Rockets take on Evans's contract when he wouldn't even crack their rotation? The Rockets get the same contributions (with better overall defense) from Chuck Hayes at a fraction of the cost. I'd rather have Mike James as the designated "overpaid-veteran-at-the-end-of-the-bench-who-could-help-out-in-a-pinch".
