I read the NY Post this morning fellas and the only mention of Hakeem is that the Knivcks are flying into Houston today to meet with him. I highly doubt that the same paper that Vescey writes for would contradict him by basically saying that he is still available.

Either way, Im unsure if I want this rumor to be true or not. I'm the biggest Hakeem fan on the north side of the Mason Dixon line but I don't know if he and his current health are worth the $$$.

I have Knicks season tix and if Dream leaves Houston, I guess I wouldn't mind seeing him end his career in front of me!!!

I have been soupporting the idea of letting Dream leave but I definitely had a smile on my face when I read the title of this post.

Believe it or not, the amount of posts a user has does matter on one thing. Rarely does someone with a post or two pass along something valuable (though some have proven that theory wrong)... they have nothing to lose and nothing invested in their name.

If Vecsey had this scoop, it's a lock it would be in the NY Post or on some NBC site. It's not. Locking this potential misinformation thread for now.
