While researching something a few weeks ago I watched a tape of a Pacer playoff game from 1998, with Isiah behind the mic. From the pre-game until the fourth quarter, he called Chris Mullin "Mullins" the entire time. It's not as if "Mullins" had been in the league for 13 years at that point.
Maybe Thomas should have put on his glasses. Perhaps he saw "two" of them, explaining the plural. Two Mullins is better than one Mullin anyday!
