Varsity letter jacket?

    If it wasn't for some of the ideas and questions you raised, I would not have thought about asking another parent. We could have missed putting in the order altogether.

    Since we are getting the jacket for free, I'll tell my daughter to just add a couple of items, her name and year or something, that should only cost $60-70.

    I never got a letter jacket. :( :mad:

    They said you had to be in band 3 years to get a jacket, but I changed schools and never had more than 2 years at any school.

    I played varsity basketball but the rule was that you had to get into the game and score a point. I was a perpetual bench warmer.

    I played varsity hockey but it was only a "club" team and they didn't recognize it as an official Varsity sport until after I left.

    Yes, I'm still bitter.
