you need to scour the place for all coffee shops. take a camera with you and photograph every single barrista that looks even remotely similar to jessica alba. post those photos on this board. oh, yeah...and have a wonderful time in that beautiful city!
if i saw someone wearing a francis jersey, i would go to the nearest grocery store, buy a tomatoe, and throw it at the francis fan.
guys!! vancouver is awesome. everyone's so nice. beautiful scenery. i'm pooped. cant wait to get back and spend my time on the BBS 24/7. btw i'm not even halfway done through the vacation. i still have stanley park and white stripes concert tomorrow. btw i watched the BC lions game on the 5th. it was a pretty good experience. pretty close game. nothing beats bball though. btw, i saw this guy wearing a houston rockets home mcgrady jersey. and i also spotted this ugly guy wearing a utah jazz away stockton jersey. i tried to find the tomato store, but there wasnt any in that area. oh well, next time. btw, i got a kickass maui jim sport sandy beach sunglasses. they were 25% off. i love BC!! i'm so glad i'm not in either LA or beverly hills.
Did you watch the fireworks last night? If you somehow missed it, I don't know what 3814 will do. Anyways, it's nice to hear you enjoying all the stuff around Vancouver!
good to hear man! hope the rest of your trip goes good too. oh, and about the fireworks (kwiki's post)...if he saw them, then he's a luckier man than i. i waited in traffic two hours (from surrey) and couldn't even get close to them, so i just chilled at a friends house where i could hear everything but not see it. 400,000 out there, wish i got there earlier to actually get a spot.
haha i'm sorry to hear that 3814. and yeah, i did go see the fireworks. it was walking distance from where i was, and i actually only started leaving for the display at about 9.15. got there about 10-20 mins before it started. i was pretty close to stanley park.it was really really good, although from where i was i couldnt hear the music too well. i think the news said it was the biggest gathering fo far, more than half a million. btw stanley park kicks ass. she rocks. it was a total ride-ride. i didnt go to the aquarium though, spent all my time going through the trails. the white stripes were amazing. they played this amazing venue, the orphaneum theater, not too big. and the crowd was pretty amazing too. although i wished they had given the opening act a chance. lots of empty seats for their performance. watching meg sing was a real pleaser. and jack white is just a talented musician wether or not you like his music. vancouver kicks ass you all.
glad you had a good trip man. also glad that the weather stayed nice for ya. the beginning of the summer sucked, but supposedly it's gonna stay nice like this until october.
