He always did when Yao picked up 2 quick fouls. Yao's rest routine was never broken because of fouls. He always went out with 4 mins left in the 1st and 3rd, whether he had 2 fouls or not.
Yao dunked the ball like crazy. I think it was Ewing who got him to do that. Even in international play in the Olympics, he was dunking and his teammates were like "What?". I remember his 1st year he was throwing up soft layups and missing them.
I can count on one hand the amount of times Parker got to the basket without the aid of a pick unless it was in transition. Seriously, the guy needs a screen to do anything. I couldn't believe it. A finals MVP should be able to beat people without a screen. Duncan was drawing all the attention from the defense, which left Parker free to do pretty much whatever he wanted. That's crap (the voting).
People were wondering why I kept muttering "Rod Strickland, Rod Strickland, Rod Strickland" over and over on June 8th.
shouldnt be able to be MVP because he got screens? huh thats like saying dream shouldnt have been mvp because he had to fade away
Haha, funny JVG quote I picked up. Something along the lines of this... "Well, the Cavs are now one of the lowest scoring-teams in NBA Finals history...number 1 is, well guess who. The '99 Knicks." JVG: "Hey, you have to look at the context..." "Jeff, just admit you're atrocious at offense." XD
