Maybe if you become a Spurs fan now, that will happen, seriously, try it out. You can also tell them that you have been a Spurs fan for like 40 years or whatever it is you say.

Think about Yao's current situation with the Rockets. He has Cato's defender guarding him, and he has a shooting guard in Steve who really can't pass to the post. Defenses collapse down on him all the time. Think about Yao with the Spurs. What freaking defense is good enough to collapse down on Yao without Tim Duncan absolutely killing them? Tony Parker can pass too. Tim Duncan and Yao would absolutely dominate the Western Conference for the next 5 years at a minimum.

Can't agree more, another sophisticated man!!! For Yao's sake, playing for the current team does nothing but insulting and hurt.but I serious doubt Rox will bite it since yao is a cash cow.

If Yao really does want to be the best he can be, he's gotta learn from the best. Tim Duncan has a similar frame to Yao. Yao can't learn from Shaq. I don't know what Yao is learning from Ewing aside from how to miss important layups in the playoffs. As wierd as it sounds, I think the Spurs could put out close to a max offer for Yao when his rookie contract is over. The Spurs have one of the best payrolls in the league in terms of bang for the buck. Yao will get championship rings too. It will bring much pride back to China. I'm a Rockets fan, but I gotta admit I would really like to see Yao kick ass in this league on a team that plays as a team.
