The fact that he showed the mental composure to stay in there and finish the inning is just fascinating. I heart metaphorically dropped when I saw that pitch hit him. So scary. Oh, and to whoever is b****ing about his show of emotion, I rather like it. It brings passion and excitement to the game of baseball.
Saw this game friday night...man, luckily it hit his glove first, but he still got hit...It was great to see him close it out...
