I think he was shifting both pivot feet like crazy before the move. That's definitely travelling, but rarely gets called. KillBill doesn't have to finish every shot, just draw the big men over for the block and dish to Yao or kick to Tracy. he's still going to be able to get in the lane in the nba.

Nothing spectacular there, but 5 seconds of play isn't really going to teach us anything. His first step looked pretty average, and although he hit a runner, one shot doesn't mean anything. Who knows what kind of niche he will be able to create for himself on the team. Given that we achieve a moderate amount of success, next season is going to be very interesting for me because I really have NO IDEA what kind of basketball this roster will produce.

I seriously doubt that all of the new aquisitions are going to pan out.... so depending on which ones do or don't, the play style could go anywhere from Alston walking the ball up the court for Yao/McGrady/Battier to run set plays, to JLIII zipping around and tossing ally oops to McGrady/Snyder.

Hoping for the best. I really want Spanoulis to succeed. I keep hearing comparisons to Ginobili, but I don't think those are very reasonable. Spanoulis doesn't really look anything like Ginobili to me. I mean, every guard dribbles the ball into the lane on occassion. You have to do it against the best to be Ginobili, and if Spanoulis drives like that against NBA opponents, he will be stuffed. I'm crossing my fingers we have a Derek Fisher on our hands. Spanoulis really needs to be a little taller to get shots off like that in the NBA with regularity.
