I went back and reread the posts. Other than a heated disagreement over what is real or false or the implication that someone was impersonating someone on another bulletin board, I can't see any laws being broken here. If you're talking about libel, how can you sue someone when ya don't even know who you're are talkin to? I suppose you can supoena clutch for the contact information but if I were a lawyer, I'd be saying look. Lets look at the facts....

 

Would a $500/hr. lawyer would even be interested in a slow witted bald nternet geek like myself accusing a scientist of being a fake Greek?

It's very hard to discern exactly, but I believe this sentence is the pinacle of the entire thread.

 

If I was self absorbed, I would use it as my own signature. But alas, I'll have to rely on someone else to honor me with my once in a lifetime gem.

 

I wasn't going to post but codell's blistering post has forced me to conclude that BBallScientist likes to make things up and is the originator of the edited post.

My prediction is that he will next edit codell's posts in his replies to make it look like codell is saying stupid things that he can "destroy" (he will hope nobody knows how to look at earlier pages in the thread...because he is a smart "scientist"). Why not, he already argues things that are not said by other posters.

Ok, first I did not post on that Spurs board and am not the poster named Kill-Bill.

Secondly, I did not lie nor make up anything.

With that being said, I apologize, I have collected myself and realized I probably overreacted and got a little too pissed off.

I just got so damn mad when codell and others were hammering me so hard and were on me so much and wrongly accusing me of this and that. And Sam Fisher was making so much fun of me it just pissed me off.

I just got so angry. I should have just ignored it and let it go and just done the mature thing and realized some people will not have any manners, so I apologize for that.

It's probably not anything that I could get into trouble over (being accused of the libel/slander which I didn't do). I guess I just got so angry at so many people accusing me of something that is not in my nature. I should have just laughed it off. I made it worse I guess.

I do know that is a crime though to trash someone like that if it is not true, it would also be against Spanoulis if someone said he claimed all these things and he never said them. It would be against both him and Van Gundy. Also things were said about Yao in this thread and that closed thread.

It's just stupid for anyone to do something like that, if anyone did even do that at all, which is pure conjecture that anyone did do it

I am trying to get info on why I can't ignore people and if I do then I will just ignore Sam and others like him that cannot be civil so they cannot cause me to become so angry again.

If I can get that ignore option fixed then I can just eliminate the problem of the rude, insulting, name calling posts.

Sorry but there is a natural conflict of interest here. When Giannos Cockranos emerges from his barnyard and starts filing papers on our asses, don't think for a second that I wouldn't settle out the case and sell you down the river when the going gets tough, especially after Mr. Jeff Van Gundy becomes involved. Believe me, I have talked to Jeff and he is really not happy with this thread.

 

I do not want to see another post trashing BBall Scientist or I shall have to request a ...
