The proof is quite strong. How can you be so quick to know that the post you were quoting from was edited, and thus immediately quote the edited version, unless you were the one making the edition?

It might not be good enough for a court of law... but to me it's damn fine evidence for an online forum.

I've got a 500 an hour lawyer on retainer. I know damn well that someone like Jeff Van Gundy could be contacting a lawyer if he read this board and thought that as some implied here I made up a libel/slander of him and trashed him all over the place.

I would never commit a crime.

I will simply NOT tolerate this. I will give the admin time to delete any and all posts that accused me of this, starting with codell's initial accusation.

I will give 24 hours time to do so. I will expect any such further accusation of me committing a crime will be deleted. If not my lawyer will have to get involved.

And I never said I would sue anyone. Sam Fisher is no lawyer, he makes it very clear, he has a very simple mind and is extremely trivial, it would be like having a chimp represent you. I will have my lawyer contact Mr. Van Gundy directly and whomever did this amongst the people here then accused me will be pointed out to Van Gundy.

I said Spanoulis was good, ergo I "insulted" them and Van Gundy because they imagined in their own minds saying Spanoulis is good = "That guy insulted me and Van Gundy."

I guarantee Van Gundy will take this up, he stands to lose MILLIONS potentially if enough things went around about him and scared off other teams.

The Spurstalk thread is posted, in full on page 10 with a link. Sorry, I am not buying that you felt you needed to go to Yahoo to search for it when you already saw it here.

Reads fine either way, so there is no obvious interpretation. UNTIL, all of the sudden the post gets changed to read the latter, 9 minutes (and 24 hours after the original post) after you thought you were going to make my interpretation look stupid. There you conveniently find the edited post on Yahoo (not to mention the fact that there is NO WAY a post edited @ 447pm today is going to show up on a Yahoo search 40 mins later (never mind the fact that not one bit of that post from Kill Bill Pana shows up on a Yahoo search period)).

Actually, curiously, Kill Bill Pana's spelling and punctuation is pefect and although there are grammatical errors, they seemed to be made intermittently (w/ a stereotypical style to them).

Kill Bill Pana is a **** stirrer from CF.net, who I admit, is smart enough not to post it directly here (although it would make more sense to) because he knows that Clutch would bust him (like he does everyone who pulls stuff like this).

He knows juicy stuff like that, posted on Hoopsworld or any other known board for that matter will make it over here in no time.
