Bro, you can't list a bunch of bad contracts and then measure Lin accordingly. One game a season doesn't make. If he keeps playing well, he'll earn his contract. It's just that simple. I'm rooting or him. He looked great last night!

Not saying its main point of basis, just thought i'd lay it out there. Anyway, based on his current statistical averages, it's fair to say that he's overpaid but like you said, its too early to tell. Daryl Morey took a gamble and invested on potential so it won't be fair to judge him right now. There are a ton of factors to consider.

And by the way, i've been a Rockets fan since the early 90s so i've been rooting for the franchise and the players in general. I hardly idolize and focus on one player alone, just to be clear. ;) Before anyone thinks my posts and opinions are clouded by the fact that i'm an exclusive Lin fan. :)

But yeah, just like you, i'm rooting for him to succeed as well.

Lin brings money to the rockets.. No way alexander would allow morey to even think about trading him.. At the end of the day, it is all business..

no worries bro. what people have to realize is that 99% of us are rooting for Jeremy Lin to succeed. Being critical doesn't mean hatred. Personally, I've seen a real turnaround over the last several weeks, especially more recently. I honestly believe he may have turned a corner. I'm reserving judgement, but he's definitely improving. And the kid tries ...which in my book goes a long way. He always brings it, and that means a lot. Hopefully he will continue to play at a high level. I like what i'm seeing of late.

Same here. Every time we've played Utah this season he's been ineffective and has failed to impress me.
