that's just a MENTALITY. there is no clear-cut underdog in this series realistically. it'll be 50% down the bottom b/t ppl who choose who to win. but the rockets have to keep playing with a chip on their shoulder. and remind themselves of that dallas series that NOTHING is impossible. and homecourt thus would still motivate them.
ok i have a question lets say that the rockets and Jazz tied the season series 2-2 and have the same record at the end of the playoffs.... who would have the upper hand on gettin homecourt advantage??
That would explain the 50 point win over the 76ers. I would say that JVG has this team prepared for every game. I'm confident we could beat the Jazz in a playoff series... almost a little too confident, and that throws up a caution flag.
Ok I got a question? In the playoffs if the series were to go to 7 games, whoever has homecourt advantage would get 5 games at home and 2 on the road? I think in the finals its two/three/two but before that its 2 at home, away, home, away, and the last two at home? Is that right?
two/three/two is right, but it's two at home, then 3 away, then come back for the last two. so it's 4 home games and 3 away games.
Utah struggling at home against the Wiz. Down by one with 6 minutes....they've been trailing for most of the game.
3:10 left, Utah lead 1 mms://a1575.l2035344255.c20353.n.lm.akamaistream.net/D/1575/20353/v0001/reflector:44283
The Wiz's defense is horrible. I mean hell, Okur just iso'd Jamison on the outside and blew by him to get to the bastket. that's sad.
That little pest, Derek Fisher, just hit a three after checking into the game. He has caused the Rockets more grief through the years.
