Heaven forbid a school runs its insurance just like any other insurance company and charging higher premiums for riskier clients.

They should all pay the same amount. Let everyone be equal! Yes, Comrade Hightop. You have truly enlightened me with your socialist...nay...communist ways!

Jim McMahon wrote in his memoir that when he was at BYU, he thought he saw people following him around to check up on his behavior. I don't think it'd be difficult to pay all the local retail managers to have their cashiers ask for and write down IDs when selling cigarettes. If they can get your credit report, and find out what cards you have, then maybe they can somehow drill down on your purchases for any cigarette stuff,

I agree with this too, but there are biological reasons that make it harder to lose weight. Also, there needs to be a better scale than BMI, which is utter bull**** pseudo-science.

Think it's a given that smokers or obese people should pay more for their insurance, it costs the state too much money.

This is good. I don't think I should subsidize people who make unhealthy life choices.

Holy days...you want the universities to be able to track your spending at stores that are not even on campus? Wow.

Big Brother really is watching in your scenario.
