No doubt Snead/McCoy or whoever our QB is next season is going to have to adjust fast, but it's nice knowing he is going to have one of the best offensive lines in college protecting him and a receivers core w/ a lot of speed, size, and experience. I think that might be the difference between Bomar and whoever our QB is going to be, OU had a terrible OL last season. Goodson was a HUGE recruit for A&M, but it's going to come down to Fran in my opinion. He's had more than enough talent to work with, especially last season.
QB is obviously a huge issue for UT. But UT probably has the most talented staple of running backs and WRs returning in college football. Let's not forget Taylor and Melton either. Hopefully Charles stays healthy, but it isn't like Taylor can't step in. But most importantly, Texas has 3/5th of the 1st or 2nd best Oline in college football and by far the most returns of any of the elite 8 or so defenses from last year. Add these things with the depth and quality of skill players and UT should win most games with Snead or McCoy on cruise control. UT should be the favorite in the Big 12 again, and if (big if) they can find a way to beat the Buckeyes early anything is possible. (It will be up to the defense and Oline to have a chance to win that one for sure).
RT had 3 TD receptions and 12 rushing TDs last year, including a 30 yard score in the Rose Bowl. He's going to dominate next year.
