    Read 80% allocation to football which is about $100k per player but believe payout is based on performance. Also lose out if you portal out.

    Why would Gary Patterson go work for a lesser coach in Sark, lulz. I get it. Patterson hasn't been great on the defensive side in years. In fact the only team he can seem to stop now is/was UT (lulz). BUT - Sark has NEVER been good so...

    Patterson's defense was outside the top-4 in the conference twice during his tenure.

    Thinking there’ll be changes after NSD1. If not, sure they can find a work around. Believe it would be something like TCU did with Kill this past year or Greg Robinson/UT in Mack’s last year.

    In other coaching news, Moffit is officially out at LSU. This would be a home run upgrade over Becton. Really hoping Sark makes a run at him.

    But, what’s up with Ewers? He was the number one high school prospect a year ago.

    Is he afraid to compete for the job? Throwing in the towel at Ohio State after one year is a bit concerning. Is he expecting to just be given the starting job. Will this cause the current QB’s on the roster to transfer out?

    Thought about that but hey Justin Fields left Georgia and it worked out for both OSU and him so not wanting to compete is not necessarily bad

    There were some rumblings that he was homesick. But this is probably going to be the norm moving forward. Players are going to be less inclined to sit and wait their turn with the portal and one time exemption available now.
