Agreed. I think it's both sides, the receivers and the QB. You may be right but Art Briles does have a knack of evaluating and bringing in NFL caliber quarterbacks. I would have been more upset if Baylor lost Briles instead of RG 3. The system is in place. Texas will be much improved. They just need to get some consistent quarterback play.
