    To say the least. That was the absolute worst way to manage the time. Strong should be "really embarrassed" again.

    It's early, and the talent is lacking...but I have mixed feelings on the job performance of Strong, Watson and Bedford so far.

    Coin toss debacle and post-fumble sequence is bad coaching and Strong needs to take responsibility for those.

    To be honest, I expected us to lose this game. But to actually have the lead and lose it in the last few minutes is a hard loss.

    The playcalling has been really poor all season. Strong's hires on offense were questionable to begin with and they look like the first mistake he's made as coach. Any team can stop this offense because of how scared it plays and the lack of any threat to go deep

    Watson is a good QB coach, but he shouldn't be calling plays.

    If you consider only on-the-field performance, Charlie Strong is a clear thumbs down IMO. I have very little confidence in his in-game coaching ability. Can't speak for them, but my guess is UT partisans would 95% agree.

    I never understood the Watson hire other than he was Strong's guy at Louisville. He was terrible at Nebraska.
