Great game, thoroughly enjoyed the ending -- especially since the Rockets crapped the bed in the 4th.

Please stay undefeated until at least the Baylor game. Can't over look TTU or OK St. -- at least both games are in Austin. Thanksgiving can be kind of unpredictable.

It'll take a miracle to beat Baylor.

    - Happy for the win, but this game had no business being anywhere near as close as it should have been. Horns brought their C-level/D-level game on offense. If they had brought their A-game, they would have put this game away by the middle of the 2nd quarter and ultimately won the game by 3 or 4 touchdowns. I understand that Morgantown can be a tough place to play in for a road team, but West Virginia is a BAD football team.

    - If this Texas team shows up against Baylor we will get obliterated. (I feel our chances against them are slim anyway even regardless of which Texas shows up.) Oklahoma State would probably beat the Texas team that showed up last night.

    - I thought it was really lame that WVU fans quickly started booing their backup quarterback in the first half. Sure, he and his team sucks, but c'mon.

    - I fear that J. Gray may have torn his Achilles :(

Oh the ranking matters. It matters a ton. I ****ing hate having to hunt for the big 12 drop down menu in the scores section on all of my sports sites/apps. Finally we are in the top 15 and I can see the game on the default scores page.

My thoughts exactly. I was pretty pissed about the Rockets losing to the Clippers again. The UT win salvaged the night.

sigh... he had 123 yards against OU. Outside hope of winning the conference got a huge blow. Come on...

    Sucks.

At least at RB, Texas is pretty deep.

Brown, Bergeron should be able to carry the load.

I love the turn around we have seen the last 6 games. However (Stephen A Smith voice), I have to say I still want this to be Mack's last year as coach. Regardless of the turnaround, this is not a healthy football program still.

So, another coaching name I have not seen thrown out much yet, and that I wanted to see what my fellow Longhorns think about, is James Franklin over at Vandy. That guy is making Commodore football relevant. He is a pro style offensive coach, and he is holding his own in the SEC with a lot more Academic burdens and a lot less money than his competitors. He is a lot younger than people like Briles or Saban, which means he could be here a long time and really build something.

So, what do you think horns? Is Franklin too green and unproven still for your taste? Can Mack do anything to get you back in bed with him?

Personally, I think Mack has to go. And I think a fiery young pro style coach would be someone who could take this program to great heights.

I thought it wouldn't be the craziest thing in the world if texas ran the table. Upsets are called upsets for a reason. But with the latest injuries, I'm not even sure if they can beat Ok St.

    This is good news.
He built Clutch City ( horry, cassell, kenny, making rudy t coach)
He built that expansion team the Texans (got a new stadium)
    He will build Longhorn Nation

I doubt it - neither of them has his quick cutback type skill set that makes zone runs work. Though they also don't go down after first contact either.

I think Malcolm has the quickness, but doesn't have the breakaway speed. That said, Gray hasn't been able to break tackles in the second level to break away anyway. Gray's a great player, seems like a great kid, and I wish he hadn't gotten hurt (and wish him the best in his recovery), but I think Brown has been the superior player when given the chance this season.
