What?! I didn't think that one game would knock you down that far in BB, particularly when the team that beat you is good enough for the top 10.

Don't sweat it.....If we deserve to be top 5, we'll show it at 'Zona next Saturday. And the polls don't mean so much in basketball. I personally don't feel like Texas is a national championship team yet, although i do think they are top 10 worthy. We'll see. I think part of it is I'm so used to having an underdog mentality with the horns basketball squad.

Don't worry, your Aggies won't be in there at the end.

bleh, the good thing about college basketball is that the poll position doesn't matter, cause they'll settle who the best team is on the court.

Notre Dame is underrated though, they've got a good backcourt and frontcourt. I'd take Texas or ND over any of the teams in front of them save Zona.

'tis early, don't freak out. It's like football in August - too early to worry. The only thing that should worry you guys would be an injury, cuz that's a certain sweet 16 team in Austin.

I wish I could have seen the game.

    That all makes sense.

I never even went to a Horn's BB game when I was in college. Now that we're back in Austin, I'd like to follow them more closely. I like the looks of this team; it has some serious character.

man nd just beat 10, 9, and 2 all in a row, crazy. i hate nd. and i like how we drop 7 for losing to a team on fire. what was really cool was i woke up at 4:10 this afternoon (been sick, needed some rest) and i immediately flip on the game, and what do i see, UT leading 83-78. nd immediately goes on a 12-0 run, are u kidding me. that run was ridiculous. nd misses, o reb, putback. mouton airball. nd misses, o reb, putback and 1. ft miss, o reb, 3 pointer. ut blocked, nd hits. ut to, nd 3. all in about 1:30 or so. i wish i had just stayed asleep so we woulda won.

Notre Dame is damn good. How 'bout that freshman going for over 20 and 10? I think he had a ton of blocks too.

I thought that Kansas was overrated going in, and had a feeling Oregon was underrated.

drapg, you need thicker skin. ;)
