Do you take issue with something in my post, or do you only seek to insult me?

I've told you delusional horn fans before that my purpose is to expose the clearly biased opinions that you have.

the very WORST Texas can do is finish as being the 2nd best team in the nation when it's all over. not exactly a bad season, tex.

Aw, you're so cute when you get your cockles up. I just want to hug you and pinch your rosy cheeks.

You posting on Longhorn threads is as predictable as the sun rising in the east. What you post is as predictable as well - really serves no purpose - perhaps some time off to think of some new material might be in order.

And yes, I'm biased about the Longhorns. So are you - easily moreso than I. The difference is that I attended the University of Texas and am a Longhorn fan. I have a reason for being biased about the Longhorns.

Why you have such a dislike for a team you have no connection to confuses me until I want to wrap you up in happiness and love until you see that you don't even need to worry about Texas at all.

He said big game, not a run-of-the-mill contest with one of the worst teams in the conference that Texas could beat by double digits even if they brought their worst game (which they did).

Not sure what you mean here. I believe that UT-Austin has had a great season this year. Vince Young is a great player. However, I will step in and comment when some of these people think that the line on the rose bowl is way off and when people make clearly wrong statements such as Vince always will step up in a big game.

Was the game vs. A & M a 'big' game?

    Nope.

Try last years Rose Bowl ~ now that was a big game.

Whatever happens - it's going to be fun...

A&M is definitely a big game. They are UT's biggest rival (sorry, just because OU has pwn3d UT the last 5 of 6 years doesn't elevate them over the Ags). The A&M game was a MUST WIN in order to keep UT's championship hopes alive. UT holds a rally before this game (only one of the season) to raise the spirits of players and fans. Heck, A&M is even mentioned in UT's fight song, for crying out loud. Of course it's a big game.

it's only 8???? are you serious? apparantly these linesmakers don't watch ESPN. this USC team is the best EVER! they don't even need to play the game, they already won it. hell, apparantly they didn't get the note that USC gets to start out the game with a 21-0 lead because they are so good they can score 3 TD's before the game even starts! the line is more like 20.

While the rally for the UT-OU game isn't quite as massive as the Hex Rally, there is a rally for the game, so you are incorrect. I have participated in one of them, so I am not lying. Check your facts.

And we've "pwn3d" the Aggies six years straight. Rivalry?

Uh, so was every single game this season.

    Well, you're just a Longhorns expert aren't you? http://studentorgs.utexas.edu/honey/traditions.html

    So is OU nowadays.

Reggie Bush rushed for 82 yards against rival Cal. In USC's big game against Notre Dame, Matt Leinart threw 0 TDs and 2 INTs.

Players have below average games. Without them, there wouldn't be above average games.

LOL...sorry I didn't know about the OU Torchlight rally. Can anybody deny that the Hex Rally is the largest of the year?

I think we've reached rock bottom when UT fans are trying to tell me that A&M is not a big rival. Wow.

Every game was a must win to keep our title hopes alive, not just the A&M game. They're not our biggest rival, how could they be when we've won six times in a row, 9 out of the last 11, and our overall record against them is 74-34-5. That's not a rivalry that an ass-whooping, always has been, always will be. Our biggest rivalry has always been OU, and it likely always will. BTW, we hold a rally before the OU game each year as well.

We understand the history between the two schools ~ the point is that UT was overlooking the A&M game this year and came out dead flat. When they came out focused in the big 12 championship they played a little bit better. No?

Brightside - if you haven't already, check out Tradesports. It's a futures exchange as opposed to a traditional sportsbook. That's where I do my damage - I love to trade the contracts during the course of the game.

Yea, I've heard of Tradesports. How is the liquidity on that site? Are there enough players where the bid and ask are constantly met?

I love how the aggies get no credit for playing a great game, ut just brought their worse game. It had nothing to do with the aggies SHUTTING down Vince or with UT having no answer for the Aggie Option with Mcgee.

Oh, come on. That wasn't a big game. OU had won 4 straight at that point, so it couldn't have possibly been a rivalry!
