I was trying to be more general. I would be fine with 45% or better. I am just asking for more than 39%, 29% 3ptrs which is what we WERE getting from Francis.
peja isn't >50% career, and i don't even think he is this year, allen is not, don't know about harpring. but the point was _guards_ who were >50%. and in the modern era there are few.

Well, I'm hoping we are just as excited after the upcoming nasty road games. We are coming to the most difficult part of our schedule. My hope, is that we are peaking, just in time for the playoffs, and that everyone will rise to the challenge, and carry that momentum into the playoffs. If we do, the sky's the limit for the Rockets THIS year. This is what Rudy was best at ... melding chemistry and getting the team to peak at the right time. If JVG does that, I'll be very impressed with him.
We still have another month to go until playoffs. But I hope we are peaking at the right time. Yao is playing with confidence and consistency. JJ is rock solid. Mobley just snapped out of his shooting slump. Francis finally seems to get it. Cato is contributing. Taylor and Spoon are pretty reliable off the bench. Now if only Pike could find his shot back, and MJ could actually shoot, we'd be a championship contender.
Finally some good pub...That is great, but we're not done yet...We have to actually make the playoffs and win a series...
