    A lot of top athletes have horrible eating habits when they're young and can get away with it. Iverson used to eat bags of Taco Bell before games, Kobe would eat sacks of Big Macs, Derrick Rose would eat tons of candy earlier in his career. The calories get burned off as they're dunking on you.

    Has anyone seen a chicken mcnugget being made? It comes from this gross pink looking mixture I guess they squirt into nuggets, batter, and fry. No telling what all they got in that mixture. Yuck.

    It's basically mechanically separated chicken and binders. Not all that appetizing, but people eat hot dogs all the time which is another product that is made the same way.
