    a 31-2 run!!

and with his shorts wade keeps reminding me of walt williams every time he gets the ball. they're shaped just the same.

and you can't even spin move without a traveling now?

how did we let these chumps beat us by 19 just 2 years ago?

and i really like the fact that krzyzewski likes to press and play pressure D. it plays to our strengths. although obviously puerto rico isn't that good compared to medal contenders.

battier saved face and fouled to prevent getting dunked on.

D-Howard is a freak. He is already good but his potential is literally limitless.

The coach K pressure D is working well.

The team is playing as a team.

Rudy T is in the house...some time i will have to tell the story of me hooking up with his daughter. No lie.

This is not even a contest. The level of ownage out there on that basketball is so complete ... if these guys continue to play like this, I'd have to give my immense props to any team that manages to lose by less than 20 points to them.

I almost died after D-Wade hit that 40-foot three pointer just before half time.

So, from the looks of it, it seems the prison warden pardoned John Ramos so he could play. Good for him.

Yeah right, PR could dominate if it's best players were on the court. I mean if the primadonnas like Horacio Llamas and Sergio Rodriguez would care more about the Olympics than their million dollar taco contracts Puerto Rico wins by 30+ easily.

I hope Yao plays Monday night. If they try to run that second team against China that had Miller as the lone big man, Yao will destroy them.

Brad Miller needs off the team right away. There's no need for a spot up shooter to be filing our rebounder role. They can take Antawn Jamison as well. Also, Bosh is good, but I think Howard is a much better fit as a starter. Bosh's 3 point attempts were really pissing me off.

Was anyone else shocked that Elton Brand was the 12th man? He's probably theh 3rd best player on the team.

the announcers said something like the us team beat puerto rico by an even larger margin last olympics during the exhibition, but when it counted we got blown out by 19. not sure if that's true or if i heard it wrong.

    -19 two years ago
    +45 this year

    +45-(-19)= +64.

    The Battier effect stikes again!
