If we lose to the Lakers there will be articles coming out about how our experiment is a sham. Media = sheep.

Remember when Obama got elected and they all said "an historic moment"? Turns out that's wrong. You say "an" when the "h" is not pronounced. So, like "an honor to meet you" would be correct. And if you said, "An history of media **** ups", that would be incorrect.

    (here's a website covering the subject: https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/usage/a-historic-event-or-an-historic-event )

Remember when Osama was killed in a town called uh-bot-uh-bot? Turns out that's wrong too. It's Abbottabad. The part of the name "abad" means "city of" so this is the 'City of Abbott'. That's an English pronunciation because Pakistan used to be part of British controlled India and some general named Abbott named this little military town. So, Osama was killed but the pronunciation of the city he was killed in was murdered.

(here's proof that this is correct: I spent two months of my life in Abbottabad before Osama was killed there)

The media doesn't care if they're right, they just follow each other like a bunch of god damned sheep and few of them care about what good reporting is, they care about their ratings and how many commercials they sell. If you don't like it, don't follow it. I know I don't. (That was not entirely accurate because: BBC world news in spurts only, just to get the gist of the issues. And I watched ABC on election night.)

Good article. Only thing disqualifying it for a Pulitzer was lack of a DMo update.
