All of this Constitutional talk is cute. President Trump does what he wants, when he wants and the SCOTUS has no military to back them. The Jurists know it - Trump knows it. If Trump hadn’t sucked at handling the economy, he would have the support of enough people to dump the Court and appoint his own court. Roberts isn’t dumb to politics. The Court is just hoping to survive his term.
