Wut? Billionaires don't generally have a salary. They make capital gains. The highest capital gains rate is 20%. That means a billionaire who made 20 million dollars in capital gains in a year is paying the same tax rate as a American with an income of 50 grand through income tax. I think that's what people mean by it isn't a fair share.

Just so you know a white with a criminal record is almost as likely to get a callback for a job interview as a black with zero criminal record. Whites with a criminal record get a call back 22% of the time. Blacks without a criminal record get a call back 25% of the time.
