    It is very bizarre.

I remember some time ago there were reports that it was suspected to have come from Cuba.

Since then we have heard Russia mentioned often and also China as well.

It is a little concerning that we cannot seem to really figure it out.

I was reading an interesting article about this a few years ago when it was happening in Cuba etc. Basically 3 agents placed around the target (home/ office) aim their devices at the area and where they cross there is a weird interference pattern that messes with your brain waves. It's not like a military microwave weapon which is huge and totally noticable as large groups of people would feel the effects as they walked by or lived in the area. These are low energy and the target person won't notice until the cumulative effects become obvious. The devices are set to a common area the person will be frequently like an office or living room and can be adjusted to another room like a bedroom at night. Weird sci-fi stuff -- may not be microwaves but infra sound or some other strange thing we've never heard of before.

There's only a few ways - that EMF can affect that brain

    1. Ionizing radiation damages DNA
    2. Non-Ionizing-radiation (microwaves, radio waves, infrared) heats up tissue - typically very close to the surface
    3. EMF interfere with signals in the brain and somehow this is having permanent, long-term effects

Number 3 is very unlikely given we are exposed to much strong fields in our lives and don't seem to have short or long term effects. We've all be close enough to a radio transmitter, powerlines, our cell phones - no damage measured like we see in the Cuba cases Number 1 would leave behind a trail - damaged cells, and Number 2 should also leave behind a trail of heat damage.

More likely it was some kind of ultrasound or pesticide.
