^^. OK but I still need clarification. Since when I was six years old, and probably before that, Catholic girls have been wearing very shiny black shoes that reflect light up their skirt. I can't stop looking. Can I still photograph that reflection off their shiny shoes that Japanese school girls also wear And further to my point from a legal standpoint, if reflection is allowed, can I place a mirror at my feet and photograph whatever it reflects?
I'm no lawyer, but I think all direct upskirting is going to be problematic. And a shoe cam is direct. My post was about reflective (indirect) upskirting which is completely normal and natural when Catholic girls and Japanese girls are wearing those shiny black shoes that reflect up their skirt, which the Pope advocates. I'm just trying to enhance reflective upskirting with mirrors.
