Okay...is everyone not wanting to make the walk from Live? I'm willing to go ahead and meet up at the BUS...b/c I don't want to be the only one at Live. :( Or are we not meeting up at all?

Well, given that it might be raining and it'll be kinda cold, BUS might be the better option. That'll give us an extra 20 minutes of hangin out before the game.

Sorry Stack. :( I'd say we could head over to Live after the game but I know your place turns up the music and charges admission after 10.

Are you guys talking abou the BUS right next to Minute Maid, or have they opened one near Toyota Center?

I thought the reason it was named The BUS is because it's The Bar at Union Station?

Yes there is a BUS located on Bell St next to the Toyota Center Parking Garage and the park.

When the Rox are on offense:

MING! MING! MING! (kinda Rocky-ish. Ming is his first name)

We really need a leader to just take the initiative (emjohn and the others with these great ideas get my vote) and they would set the tone to start some chants to get our group going & then in turn the group would work to get the Toyota Center rockin'. We can't rely on the arena in-game musical tricks to get the crowd going ya dig, cause obviously it does not work all the time or we would not be in the situation we are in:)

I know we got some major desire to make it loud tonight, just need to finish off coordinating a solid gameplan instead of us just going to our rows of seats next to each other and losing focus somehow. SET THE TONE FOR THE GAME EARLY

I work downtown so I will get their (The BUS) pretty early to work on this. I don't have any supplies but I may run to CVS before I head over there. I need ideas of what to put on them.

I agree we need a leader....

    Some ideas...

We should have a sync'd thing to do during the free throws, like alternating rows waving their arms in opposite directions and then jumping to the left or right with the shot. Something that looks good to the rest of the arena.

We should also be extremely boisterous during the lineups. That will let them know we mean buisness.

Rattle keys or have a chant before jump balls.

And NO MATTER WHAT THE OUTCOME, be loud and in our seats from beginning to end of the game.

I dont know if anyone here watches highschool bball, but Deer Park has a good student section.

Something that they do when the other team shoots free throws is chant "YOU WILL MISS, YOU WILL MISS, YOU WILL MISS...etc". Maybe something like that would be pretty cool, esspecially if the whole arena starts chanting along!

I like that "YOU WILL MISS, YOU WILL MISS, YOU WILL MISS" chant alot for free throws & the other deal about waving around when they are looking in our direction. We got to make it real loud when the Warriors are on the other side of the court, maybe we should wave around when they are looking the other way just to be funny:)

Any other ideas to throw out??? I like alot of the ideas presented already. Just need to make sure none of this brilliance slips through the cracks and all the sudden it is the middle of the 1st quarter and then we all decide to throw out a random chant and the crowd looks over like who are those folks & were was this for the 1st part of the quarter :) EARLY & OFTEN.

The pre-game chant stuff is key.... Be there at 7:25PM so make sure we get the pre-game tone set!
