Pedophile's an awfully strong word. It's not like she's 9. This would still be illegal, of course, and he should certainly have been able to control himself if this is true, but being attracted to a 16-year-old isn't exactly a mental health problem.
Normally this would be true...but doesn't the girl play like 12 year old on her show? I always thought she looked much younger than 16.
I'm pretty sure Nick produces its own shows...that means the dude worked for Nick where there are 8-16 year old female actresses all over the place. He had to go knock up the most famous...I'm still not buying it. But I didn't think she was pregnant at first either. Damn this is sad. Too bad he didn't work for Disney...he could have knocked up Ashley Tisdale. She's legal.
a late comer, but this is THE celeb gossip of the year if the father turns out to be some mid 40 yr old with wife and kids, this will really build up, i can't wait..!
Those rags like Star and The Enquirer do also break some real stories. Sure they have the "I was impregnated by an alien" crap, but there are many times that much of their celebrity gossip is true. When you think about it, is it really that far fetched that a Spears would be in this situation?
British people use paedophile. There are a whole lot of words with an 'ae' in British English that are shortened in American English. This happened thanks to Noah Webster, who advocated a simplification of the English language in his first dictionary around 1820-1830. Read more about it here. From the above link, other words with a similar spelling variation (with the British spelling) are anaemia, anaesthesia, caesium, diarrhoea, gynaecology, haemophilia, leukaemia, oesophagus, oestrogen, orthopaedic, and paediatric.
