Agree. Can't we all agree that nothing is broken and just go with the current unis? I feel like this is a blatant excuse to sell something "new". The NBA store just wants to sell new crap to people buying for the Rockets fan with everything during Christmas.

As much as I hate the sleeved jersey fad, I'm excited to see what these look like. At least for one night we'll be wearing something other than the clunky eyesores we wear now.

Yeah that's actually how I feel as well.there are so many games in a basketball season that one game won't be a big deal.

I don't know why so many people are so hard on our current jerseys. I like them. I also really liked the grey jerseys that the Rockets wore on Christmas last year.

I think we should all boycott the Christmas game. Those jerseys are bull****. Frankly, I was offended when we played the Warriors last year and they wore those atrocious things.

What are you guys upset about? Our original current jerseys have always been short sleeve. It's the one thing Ppatt misses the most about the Rockets. The sleeves

Why does this thread have only 2 stars? Is it a shoot-the-messenger thing? The news might be bad, but the reporting is solid, so why dog the thread?

And, who cares if Harden will look fat (aside from Harden, I mean)?

Damn. Those sleeved jerseys are ugly. I'm not sure why the NBA is pushing these.

Boycott? That sounds a little extreme. If ever there was a boycott, it should have been in 1995 when the Rockets switched to the dildo pajamas after winning two championships in the red and gold. Whoever the blind designer is who made those horrendous uniforms, I hope they are no longer employed as graphic designers. Sorry, but compared to that atrocity, a little sleeve really does not get me very worked up.

Don't see much difference in basketball and soccer jerseys. They both scream casual and sporty when worn.

Wearing the ugliest combination of color, and trying to flash it up with even uglier trim is not Style, brotherman.

Have you not got the memo? Apparently flashy, loud, and ridiculous is in style now.

It doesn't work with those style shirts. They are fitted in such a way that it hugs the body, especially at the arms. If you get bigger sizes, it just looks weird, not baggy. They'd have to make the necessary adjustments when they sell to fans.

Here's one fan wearing one :

This one is fitted like a a woman's football jersey. Men don't want a tight fit up top, women do:

Basically you need to have an athletic build to wear it well unlike the pic of the fan wearing it.
