Rockets currently have a nice win streak. But looking at the upcoming schedule, their next 12 games are pretty darn tough starting tonight. It's going to be hard as hell to maintain the #1 seed. Although highly unlikely, they could easily go 0-12 while the Warriors remaining schedule is a cake walk in comparison. I'm hoping at least 6-6 or better. Thoughts?
If you're going to start new thread, at least make the effort to list out the upcoming games so that specific match ups can be discussed. Otherwise it's just another redundant thread without much substance. Also, if you actually think that THIS team could go 0-12 in their next games, then it's very difficult to take you seriously.

We will go 9-3. Whether we will do enough the rest of the season to hold on to the number one seed who knows? If we're the best team in basketball, odds are decent that we will win the title as long as we stay healthy. I just like watching at this point. Who knows if it will happen this year? I expect that next year ee will be even better so I'm just glad to be top tier.
After the two tough road trips (where the Rockets should be favored in each and every game), they finish the season with 8 of 11 at home. We will know after the Portland game on March 22nd if the #1 seed remains within reach.

I think 11-1 is more likely or even 10-2 but 0-12 hopefully what you’re trying to do is an anti jinx. I was checking the schedule yesterday. We should actually be 4 or 5 games up. Boston, clippers, lakers and okc games, that December stretch was a bad. Okc was a close game even though we didn’t have everyone healthy. If we were healthy we would have won 5 or 4 of those games. So I hope u mean to do an anti Jinx so that we don’t get hurt coz that’s the only way we would go 0-12 I was gonna list the games here but out of those games which ones do u think we would lose? Okc? Nah we will show them pelicans? I think we will win like the first game without boogie there. Raptors? I think we will show them we were on a funk when we played them. Wizards? We actually had that game until harden played like he didn’t care. I felt they played like if it was gonna be an easy game. They got cocky and Paul had no lift at all. Spurs ? Nop Mini or bucks maybe but depends if we play focus or we are too cocky or don’t bring it. When we play like we don’t care or we down play to the opponent that’s when we lose. Kinda like against the sixers or against Celtics we just didn’t focus enough. They thought the had the win and forgot to keep playing. I actually don’t see a game we would lose. It will be on us if we lose not because the other team is better.
In the last 12 games we have NEVA LOSS. Which means in the next 12 games we are statistically likely to NEVA LOSS. Big Baller Logic.

A lot of bottom feeders may be playing back ups and G-leaguers down the stretch. Rockets have such unbelievable depth....I wouldn’t be surprised if the Rockets go undefeated to the end. I just want to see Iso Joe vs the competition we might face in the playoffs. Clips....I watched him against Tobias Harris. Did ok. Looked like he needed more practice learning about his teammates positioning. Boston....i saw Harden try to post up Kyrie and Larkin. Now I want to see Joe J vs Kyrie, Larkin, J Brown, M Smart in the post. See how they send help defense. Have it on video. Thunder....Iso Joe vs Melo, Westbrook (not known for defense), Corey Brewer (see if Brewer falls for the pump fakes.....picks up and 1’s). Toronto.....vs Lowry on defensive switches (in the post or Iso). Etc....etc. No injuries. Injuries to a key player costs the Rockets the number 1 seed as well. I expect role players to carry the Rockets more; by each role player doing a little more each game. I wonder more about the G-league players like Dallas played vs us. They are unknown with little scouting reports on them and seem hungrier. Like vs Dallas.....Rockets should prevail.
