    Of course the mullets over on Cullen conveniently failed to note the only Tier 1 university in the city, Rice University.

    I assume it is.

    Probably left off Rice since it's private and this is a very public-driven initiative.

    Congrats to UH! I'm getting my MBA there so it's always exciting to see the school improve its brand. Too bad they're not "officially" tier one. Glad to see they're moving in the right direction.
