If I were the GM, this would be MY list of untradeable players:

End of list. Gotta give up something to get something. If the deal is right, I'd part with any of them. But with few exceptions, it would suck to see most of this bunch go.
Guys, don't forget this year is the showcase year. We get all our scrappy players to get their value up so we can trade them or keep them. Thats how the B works.
With perhaps the exception of Battier, everyone on my list this year has increased their production and worth, and are worthy of keeping.
I think the Rockets need a legit superstar. And I think that the Hornets management has completely screwed up the situation. I think DM could find the right pieces to put around CHRIS PAUL AND YAO MING! It would not be all that hard...
Yeah but you didn't understand what I said. Yes everyone is up for grabs, but Budinger won't be traded because the right bargain WONT come along for him. other teams value Budinger far less than we do. As far as their concerned, hes just a spot up shooter. And even if other teams do recognize that hes a good player with potential, why would Morey sell low? Instead of letting him grow a little bit, showcasing him on the court, bring up his market value and then trade him when hes actually worth something?
We've got no idea of how well Yao Ming will play when he returns, or how well CP and Yao can play off each other (Just look at the Tmac and Yao experiment). We're risking fool's gold right there. Better to stick with whats working, and add pieces without losing any one critical.
Everyone except Yao is tradeable, and CP3 is not a great all star, he is one of the few superstars of the league....
Kobe is a superstar. Lebron is a superstar. Both guys are leading their teams to winning records. CP? Not this year, thus only a great Allstar.
It's one of the reasons. I do understand the other reasons why he's untradeable but in all seriousness, who's going to want an injury prone center who will probably play at max 25-30 minutes a game next year?
I say trade Battier for expiring contracts and don't trade Mcgrady let him come off the books sign Wafer for the rest of the season when he's healthy and you have money to either go after one of the big free agents or sign 2 high caliber talents.
Kobe has Gasol, Bynum, Artest, Odom... Lebron has Shaq, Mo and a cast of role players who are great at what they do. Paul has Devin Brown playing major minutes. Team sport buddy. Bosh is a great allstar, CP3 is a superstar.
Yao is no longer our franchise player. When he comes back, he wouldn't even be our first scoring option. Right now, I rather build this team around Carl Landry and Brooks more than Yao. Yao isn't someone I would continue to try to build around anymore.
What's up with everyone still wanting Wafer on this team? That guy sucks and he is a selfish player. Why would we want him after he was greedy and selfish enough to walk away from our offers and went overseas for a bit more money. He had one decent season in the Nba and that guy expects the Rockets and all the teams in the Nba to throw a big contract at him. What an idiot. I do not want Von Wafer back on this team. The last thing this team needs is another selfish player that is all about himself and his stats. The Rockets do not need a guy like that. The Rockets are so successful is because everyone on this team is a team player that plays well together. We do not need Von Wafer coming in and start becoming a ball stopper. We have Chase Budinger and Jermaine Taylor to replace him. I think Chase Budinger is way better than Von Wafer. I am happy that we now have Chase instead of that Von guy.
There is more than enough room to say that Von Wafer can be of help. Great 3-point shooter, instant driving offense off the bench, and can hit shots in clutch time. For the job that he's done in the past season, he's proved himself worthy to be on the Rockets roster. If he's willing to come back to the Rockets with a low salary, why the hell not? Especially if Rick Adelman thinks he can help. And Chase Budinger/Jermaine Taylor have yet to prove himself. That's a big speculation.
You think Scola is tradeable? Him and Landry are the only real PFs in this organization. Scolandry should not be touched, unless we give only ONE of them up for somebody better, like Amare Stoudemire or something. The problem is that we're lacking a true PG and a sizable C. And, unfortunately, we have to give somebody up to get something like that.
I have to disagree with OP, Yao is our only untradeable player on the roster.... Morey all ready tried to trade Brooks & Battier for Rubio, so i don't see either of those guy's as untradeable.....and the same can go for any of the players you listed, if the right player comes up for a trade, any of those you listed would be traded in a heart beat...... -RB
Right now, I'd only list Yao and Battier as untrade-able. Battier has gotten that distinction this season because he has become the unquestioned leader of the team and its most experienced vet. You don't trade a player like that away from a team this young. Who would be the new leader Chuck Hayes? Ariza? You want a leader with actual experience and wisdom, unless Morey manages to bring in Kobe Bryant, there will be a power struggle in the locker room over who is in charge, because I doubt our team (especially Ariza) will just follow any player Morey brought in.
I love all of those guys. But all of them can be traded. If there is a guy on this team that won't be traded (other than Yao) it's Chuck Hayes. And not because he can't be traded, but because I don't think any other team in the league understands his value - and Morey won't give him up for less than what he's worth.
I like Budinger but you guys are overrating the hell out of this guy. I would rather see him moved than the following: Brooks Lowry Battier Landry Scola Hayes Pretty much everyone except Ariza and Andersen are more important to this team than Budinger. I'm not saying we should give him away but let's not get carried away with how good he is/can be.
