Unless he manages to return 3 kicks tonight for a TD, the guy is done. The dude completely choked. Even on the initial kick off return, Holliday looked very nervous when they were showing him before the kick.
That's what I'm thinking. If he makes the team, it's as a return man. We have Jones and Davis that can return kicks, so Holliday is probably gone. Maybe the practice squad.
Yep, if he's not returning kicks, he's of no use to us. If Jacoby/Andre end up returning punts/kicks then there's no reason for Holliday to be on the roster.
First off, there were still plenty of first teamers playing. Second, its not like playing a first team defense makes it any more likely to fumble than playing a 2nd team defense. Fumbling is due to poor carrying technique, for the most part.
