I think this is clearly our best roster of all time. Still want another corner to push JJo to the third corner spot.
I don't think we even have 53, yet. We don't have starter OTs, need RB and TE and WR help and a backup QB. And that's just on offense. When you can imagine removing Watt and Clowney and Honey Badger injures himself again and we lose a starter on OL... then remove Deshaun... when you think we can win the division without those players, that's when we have a roster.
In the first 13 games, even after the football gods took away Watson, the losses came down to a play to win or tie, except the Jaguars and Rams. By Mid december, the final 3 games, you had the back up's back up's back ups starting.

We went from a terrible roster to stacked in the eyes of some real quick haha. The roster was never as bad as the overt pessimistic crowd made it seem, the secondary and OLine were bad but we were solid enough everywhere else. Secondary gets better with a healthy front 7 and the additions of Colvin and Honey Badger(that 7 mil figure still baffles me, what an utter steal), if somehow Gaine gets Suh the defense becomes very very scary for the opposition. The OLine needs more but the 3 depth guys we got are solid if anything. Looks like that’ll be the focus in the draft. We now have a huge hole at TE tho and that needs to be addressed. But the biggest help to the roster will be health.
Yeah I would like an NFL caliber tackle before I discuss any expectations. The Texans have some talented pieces (with serious injury concerns) but there are still glaring holes. I seriously thought he was joking.
That easy huh... Suh and Gaines are fools gold but for the right price why not. GM Gaines has to prove he can draft. We shall see.
