Harris and Cashman are better than average. Still would like more.

    Going to pull a snake…

    Free agency:

    Sign
    Christian Wilkins (upgrade Rankins)
    Patrick Queen (upgrade Perryman)
Backup OT (to replace Fant who will cost too much)

    Re-sign
    Fairbairn
    Schultz
    Singletary
    Greenard
    Barnett
    Cashman
    Nelson

Then fill out roster with vet min guys for solid depth that want to play for a contender.

    Draft
    1. Brian Thomas Jr WR
    2. Calen Bullock/Javon Bullard S
    3. Bucky Irving RB
    4. Blake Fisher OT
    4. Kamal Hadden CB
    5. Edefuan Ulofoshio LB
    7. Gabe Hall DT
    7. Brevyn Spann-Ford TE

    QB: Stroud, Mills, Keenum
    RB: Singletary, Irving, Pierce
    FB: Beck
Z: Brian Thomas Jr., Robert Woods
    X: Nico, Xavier Hutchinson
    Slot: Tank, Metchie
    TE: Schultz, Jordan, Spann-Ford
    LT: Tunsil, FA, Jones
    LG: Green, Scruggs
    C: Scruggs, Patterson
    RG: Mason, Dieter
    RT: Howard, Fisher

    DE: Anderson, Barnett
    DT: Christian Wilkins, Tart
DT: Collins, Khalil Davis, Gabe Hall
    DE: Greenard, Horton
    Will: Christian Harris,
    MLB: Patrick Queen, Edefuan Ulofoshio
    Sam: Blake Cashman, To’oto’o
    CB: Stingley, Hollman
    SS: Pitre, FA
    FS: Ward, Calen Bullock
    CB: Nelson, Kamal Hadden
    Nickle: King

    K: Fairbairn
    P: Johnston

    PR: Steven Sims
    KR: Dameon Pierce

Basically you upgrade starters at WR, DT, & LB then upgrade depth at DB. No downgrades anywhere.

Oline is the biggest wild card. This is trying to hold steady on oline depth and with better health get upgrade to starting lineup.

    Hear me out...

But Derrick Henry with an upgraded OL would be fun.

    Let Schultz and Nelson walk.

If we did go after Evans, he would have to show he can catch the ball. He’s got a crazy case of the drops

Mike Evans with a lot of drops and tipped passes this postseason so far. One just led to a pick to a Lions CB. Only sign him if he's willing to take a decent discount to play at home and with CJ/DeMeco.

He missed a big pass last week off his hands and again today 1st quarter, that turned into an interception. I'd rather pay for Chris Jones, a RB, or cheaper defensive stud than Jones and draft a WR.

We run a Zone scheme. He’s a down hill runner. Scheme is the reason Pierce, a downhill runner, got replaced by Motor. And no we can’t change our scheme for a 30yr old rb. That would require a different sort of olinemen and a whole different offense.

if you wanna play GM think Terrell Davis. He’s the gold standard for RB in a Zone scheme. I think he and old man Shanahan may have invented it iirc.

Mike Evans dropping passes again like last week. Do not want. Not even if his ‘home town’ discount was $5 mil a year.

Big time drops lately. He's made great catches too, but I'd rather spend money in FA on a defensive player or RB. There are plenty of WR in the draft.

Well we need to improve our run game. I would guess that concessions could and should be made by both the player and coaches to make our run game above average.

Bucs making a deep run might mean they have no choice but to make Evans an offer he can't refuse

If Mike’s price is reasonable you go get him. We rolling out trash like Woods Metchie and Hutchinson at wr in a post season game. Mike at 100 yds in the first half

No interest in Derrick Henry, but Saquon...maybe.
