Everytime he steps on the court, he seems out of it.

He may have this outstanding talent but he just seems passive and lost every time he is out there.

Nobody was impressed by his 7 minutes last game (aside from a couple of moves)

Avery, Dick and now McHale. He cant catch a break with any of them. There has to be legit reason.

T-Will is the reason why Derrick Character is no longer in the league. :(

flynn has better trading value than lin at the time. t-will has been sitting on the bench all this time for a reason. maybe he doesnt work as hard during practice? but if u look at him play, he does pass, but what does he do after he pass, he just stands there. maybe if he would follow through and go for the rebound or something. who knows, put some effort into the game that he thinks he has and he might get some pt. he might find more playing time elsewhere, or go down to the dleague and show some nba teams what he got next year.

Can we have our draft pick back for him? I'm sure New Jersey would like to unleash him on unsuspecting opponents.

because players that act entitled have to be talented enough to overcome that personality flaw and he is not.
